I am curious what the major changes are with the newest release.

I figure if you took the time to define it as a new release, it would be worth my time to make the switch; however, I would like to have some idea of what to expect/ not to expect.

Thank you,

Ben

The changes are mostly for dual-axis tilt series, also some minor bug fixes.

I noticed in the parameter files there is no specification for the cosine of the highest tilt angle, and subsequently the body parameter is set to T, rather than T/F.

In addition a new paramter slab: has been added.

Is this just calculating the adjustment to the body parameter based on the tilt angles/ ~ slab geometry, or is there something more significant going on here?

I forgot to mention the slab parameter. For a slab geometry the back-projection body size varies with the tilt angle, since with increasing tilt angles the apparent projected specimen thickness also increases. The old specification only allowed a fixed value. When the "slab" parameter is set, then the "body" parameter is equivalent to the thickness of the slab.
